My first conversation with ‘Doctor In My Pocket’, was with James; a polite courteous man who explained how the service could assist me. So I decided to book an appointment that suited my diary! Within minutes I received notification of the booking, and the name of my Doctor; Dr Floyd Gomes. My doctor phoned me at the pre-arranged consultation time, and guided me through and number of questions, giving me plenty of time to answer them. When I asked the doctor, ’my questions’, he answered them in every detail, and he confirmed I understood his comments.

Dr Gomes bed side manner was both thoughtful and kindhearted. 

From the first contact with ‘Doctor In My Pocket’, to speaking with the Doctor was less than an hour. The whole service is structured to save the client time, effort, and, money in the comfort of their own home.

This service is extremely efficient at what they are offering, Reception is very understanding and caring. The doctor is very thorough and really helpful. Love this service , recommend it highly to everyone .

I recently had a consultation with Dr Tohid. I found Dr Tohid to be extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. The advice he gave me was to have an ultrasound as soon as possible which was spot on ! I did as the doctor said and irregularities were found which have led to a fast tracked surgical procedure. I sincerely thank Dr Tohid for his professionalism and manner and would highly recommend him for anyone requiring future health assistance ..

I just wanted to let you know that even though we didn’t speak with a doctor this time. The customer service has been amazing every time I’ve had to use Doctor in My Pocket. I can’t quite remember who I spoke with to cancel it but everyone has been really friendly, helpful and so easy to deal with.
